November 8th, 2009 by admin | Filed in Candida Treatment

I was wondering if it is okay to eat like this for the candida diet..
Before Breakfast
2 cups of room tempature water
Breakfast
1 Chamomile Tea
1 yogurt (no fruit,no sugar and sweeteners added)
Half cup of apple sauce, and a apple
Aloe Vera 50ml
Snack
1 yogurt (no fruit,no sugar and sweeteners added)
Lunch
1 Plate of Pasta (Without Glutin or integral pasta)
veggies (I will add garlic some where)
Dinner
Meat or Fish
veggies

I hate eating meat and fish, but I really want to get rid of my candida problem!

Is there somthing I should eat that will help me heal durring my diet??

Your diet looks pretty good there – the hard thing about the candida diet is that there are so many different versions, and one version will allow particular foods while others say it’s a no-no.

Keep up with the natural yoghurt – I read somewhere online that you should try to eat 8 oz. a day to help with the problem. You could also administer it topically (!!)

I learned recently from a friend (who is also on the diet and has the same affliction) that garlic is a natural anti-fungal, and you should try to eat the equivalent of one clove a day to help kill off the candida and to boost your immune system. You can buy garlic capsules and odourless garlic from a chemist or supermarket.

Best of luck. The diet is really hard to stick to, but just focus on what you CAN eat.
