Candidiasis overgrows when the immune system is weakened. Treating for protozoa and bacteria seems to get the fastest, most successful results in reducing autism symptoms. The protozoa are being found in their blood, and appears to somehow form biofilms and be part of the pathogen quorums, which shields pathogens in general, so that treatments and the immune system don’t have much effect. If you Google, even mainstream medical admits that developing children can get autism symptoms from worms and protozoa. The bacteria infections are pleomorphic (Lyme, Brucella, Bartonella, Syphilis, mycoplasmas) that are being found to weaken the immune system; and the opportunistic bacteria infections found in the autism community due to this immune system weakening are Clostridia Difficile, Streps, Staphs, Heliobactor Pylori, and I can’t remember all of them off the top of my head at this moment. Viruses are involved as well, immunes-suppressing ones (HTLV 1, HIV, XMRV, and the herpes strains), as well as opportunistic ones, like Borna Virus.
