yogurt… eat it, to help your insides, and take a little container (the live non flavored unsugared kind) get some tissue or cotton balls, and smear this all over the genital area.. It has a cooling effect and the live cultures in yogurt helps to balance out the yeast count down there.. Also drink cranberry juice. Do not eat anymore sugar for the weekend. thats what feeds the yeast, sugar.. so cut out all sodas, and sweets.. and carbohydrates, like french fries. potatoes and corn, pasta.. anything with high sugar count, or makes sugar in your body.. Also try to keep that area as dry as possible.. Use a sanitary napkin to soak up any sweat.. Wash well and dry well.. .. Another help is baby diaper rash cream.. the zinc oxide stuff, it look like white toothpaste.. that can help also (after all diaper rash is nothing more than a yeast infection on babies bottoms) .. goodluck!..

Use plain warm water to cleanse yourself out on the inside so the yeast does not get to the outside and make you feel uncomfortable. Also use witch hazel on the outside to help with the uncomfortable feeling.

    stuff a sausage into it….

You can get an over the counter product at pharmacy. Just to the area where they carry the feminine hygiene products. They work pretty quickly. Get to a 24 hour pharmacy and you’ll have relief!

Ive heard that eating yogurt helps. Ya know, they do make over the counter yeast infection medicine…

Drug store: monostat or one of the store brand labels for yeast infections. It comes with an anti-itch cream.

You can also just buy vagisil for itch, or just an anti-itch cream.

Make sure it says anti-itch cream.

it sounds like an STD! But if not, there is a one day treatment at the drug store!

  9. Jessica | 19/08/09

go get u some monistat. they make different kinds. you can get a 3 day treatment or a 1 day treatment. its a big white thing that u put inside you and go to bed. you should feel better in the morning and hopefully you wont have to go to the doctor.

yes hurry up and go to walgreens buy monastat7 to help the internal irritation and some vagisil to help the external itching also try to avoid wearing tight underwear and avoid staying in a wet bathing suit for long periods of time. if it is really really bad take an oatmeal bath

You can probably buy an overthe counter such as monostat.

Another way to go is go to a grocery store & purchase "live culture" yogurt & eat about 1/4-1/2 cup a day with a TON of water, stay away from anything REALLY sugary & avoid caffiene until it gets checked out.

just some vagisil type cream for the itch and drink cranberry juice it helps all kinds of infections. Also go into a store they have the yeast infection tablets that you put up there your doctor is gonna tell you to pick one of the up anyway make sure you get the 7 day. Good luck! I get these all the time!!!

Itching and subsequent burning sounds like yeast, raw if from itching… could also be. If in fact it is just a yeast infection you will have increased discharge and when you itch have releaf for a moment and then it starts again. You can get some Tee Tree oil from the grocery store. Dip a tampon into the oil an insert for the night, if done once or twice it will cure the yeast infection.

Gently wash with lukewarm or cool water and use Aveeno Natural Colloidal oatmeal soap. It’s the regular, original Aveeno bar that says "moisturizing" on it. Wash gently and with water as cool as possible because hot water will cause the itching to intensify. After shower, pat dry yourself thoroughly and gently and sleep in no underwear if possible or cotton bottoms.

don’t suffer! get some over the counter treatment, there are many creams and suppositories available. besides that though, i would call your doctor’s service and ask for a prescription of diflucan, it is an oral medication that you take and it does wonders! if you can’t call the service, go to your nearest walk-in and get treated, it’s not worth suffering for! other tips to help include wearing plain cotton underwear to minimize irritation and you can also eat yogurt daily to prevent future ones. good luck!

get vagasil or monistat no faster than a 3 day the one day burns if the infection is bad but before you apply the cream externaly use a cold white cloth to take the heat out it will help you sleep better

  17. RockyRose | 19/08/09

Using plain yogurt works well. You have to smear some onto the area. It is very soothing and will help to hold u over until u get to the dr. vagisil now makes a test kit to verify that it is a yeast infection. I would recommend that since u’ve never had one before. If it does turn out that it is yeast, just grab some monistat 3 or 7 day cream from the pharm. Stay away fromthe 1 dose stuff. Had a bad experience!

Yogourt and a mild over the counter product. Take advil as well.
