Don’t worry. Your hormones are raging, causing your body to do things and get infections it never had before. I had a yeast infection and hemerrhoids. I also borke out in pimples all over my body…and I have never had problems with acne before! The yeast infection drugs won;t hurt the baby…I was taking Monistat 7-day treatment but it didn’t really go away until after I had my baby. And don;t worry, the doctor’s wont give you anything to hurt your baby. be sure to ask if there are any other forms of treatments besides drugs if you are still concerned.

thats nothing to worry…..its just the wonderful things we go thru to get to motherhood….and i went thru all of that…and no need to worry bout the meds…your doc wouldnt prescribe anything that will harm you or the baby because during pregnancy an woman’s body is very fragile….and it sounds like you’re doing everything right but even doing those things a pregnant woman’s hormones can be out of control but i know how relaxing it is to hear other women in your shoes to say its normal….just take care, take the meds and wait it out….i know i get mad when i hear that too but when its all done with and you get to hold your baby you will forget about it….lol……

I know, isn’t being pregnant supposed to be a awesome experience. In a way it is but there are so many things that you don’t hear about that come with being pregnant! Before being pregnant I had never experienced leg cramps, heart burn, yeast and uti infections, problems with my wisdom teeth . . . and the list goes on! But it is all worth it in the end! Good luck.

Yeast infections during pregnancy are totally normal. With raging hormones and a less than perfect diet (due to pregnancy cravings), recurring infections are common.

Use natural treatments and you should be ok.
