Baby wipes. They have an anti yeast ingredient, but are gentle on their skin. My vet says I can even use them in the ears. Don’t use other creams not meant for dogs, since dogs will lick at it and it will make them very sick.
Try feeding your dog some plain unflavored yogurt every day for a week. Seriously, the vet recommended it for my dog’s ‘puppy vaginitis’ (though she was a year old) yeast infection, and it helped. I gave her 1 cup a day, and she weighed 50 pounds – you can do the math to get the right amount for your dog’s weight.
If that doesn’t work, try another vet for a second opinion.
