How long do you have to wait to have sex after using a over-the-counter yeast infection treatment?
I was just reading the directions for the 3 days yeast infection treatment and it says not to have sexual intercourse while using this treatment because it could damage the condom, so i was just wondering if anyone knew how long you have to wait after you’ve used it for the three days, or if you can just not have sex while your using it?

just to be safe i would wait about 3 days afterwards,i do believe that it gets into the vaginal walls absorbs to keep killing just like a 5-7 day one would.
You might want to wait at least 4-7 days after your last treatment.
I believe the best thing to do is to wait till the infection is completly cleared up-otherwise you can give it to your mate and they will give it right back to you, and the funny thing is that they will be symptom-less!
