Plain yogurt...there are living microorganisms that live in yogurt. You can soak a tampon in the yogurt and insert. Or take the tampon out of the applicator and fill the applicator with yogurt. Freeze, and you have free monistate. Make a couple and you will have on hand yeast infection medicine. 2. Garlic... this one is weird but it works. Take the garlic out of the shell, dont smash, make sure it is whole. Wrap in a lil bit of cheese cloth, tie with floss or string (leave some hanging like a tampon so you can remove it like a tampon) and put it in your vagina. It is best to do this at night because you will taste the garlic in your mouth. This gets rid of the itch fast, and gets rid of the yeast infection itself. Leave in overnight. I did this during the day for and the itching stopped in less than 20min. I didnt even have to take any medicine. 3. Eating or drinking anything acidic (lemon, oranges, cranberry juice).
