home remedies to cure yeast infection???

i think i have a yeast infection cause i have been reading about them so yeah but i am only 12 and me and my mom don’t get along the best so i don’t want to tell her and my dad is well my dad so arethere any home remedies that i could make or something simple that i could buy (not like something specificly for yeast infections but just something that cures them thnx a lot!

I don’t see a problem with going to the store and buying one. You can always use the self checkout lane. I was 15 when I had a yeast infection and I just went to the store and got one. Simple. It’s really nothing to be embarrassed about.
Probably the first thing you should do is be sure that it actually is a yeast infection. There is a new kit you can buy at the local drug store called Vagisil Screening Kit that will tell you if it is. I also agree with the yogurt solution. While the brand does not matter and neither does the fat content, it is very important to make sure that it contains no fruit, no sugar or flavoring of any kind. (Milk sugar is fine however because that is one of the main ingredients.)
Dip a clean tampon into the yogurt and insert it in. Leave in for about an hour. You can do this 2 or 3 times a day as needed. The yogurt contains healthy bacteria that will destroy yeast.
Another thing you can try is creating your own douching solution.
Combine 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 2 quarts of warm water. Make sure the water is distilled or filtered. Otherwise you can boil the water, let it cool down to warm and then add the apple cider vinegar. Douche with this mixture twice a day while symptoms are severe and then bring it down to once a day for a few days thereafter. Stop using when symptoms are gone.
