Home remedies for vaginal yeast infection that WORK?!?

apparently putting a tampon in natural yoghurt then inserting i in yourself works. but i would look up on that. x
Smear yogurt down there, it will help with the burning and it will let the natural probiotic cultures eat the yeast. that always works for me, i do it at night and then when I shower in the morning I just wash it off. Also I have read about women who freeze yogurt in the leftover applicator from tampons and then insert that and that supposedly helps also
Eat yogurt. Also, the "good" bacteria that is in yogurt that helps control yeast infections is called L. Acidopholis (I think that’s how it’s spelled). You can buy it in pill form and take it once or twice a day. That will help control it!

I use tea tree oil and lavender oil (both pure essential oils) I mix 1 drop each with 1 cup warm water soak a tampon in this, then insert, also if you pour the rest of the water over your vagina, it will take the itch away. leave the tampon in for 5-10 min the longer the better, it will draw the yeast out.

Yeast infections are so common its ridiculous and they always seem to come at the worse times. I had it for 6 months at one point which was a real low point and I hated the idea of using all those chemicals so I did some research on the internet and found one particular website so useful since it was completely natural!
