it is not really a cure so to speak…..it will populate your body with good bacteria that will in turn destroy bad bacteria….it is important that you not consume large amounts of sugar while fighting a yeast infection as the sugar can feed the yeast, making it more difficult to get rid of

it helps out A LOT. I also take Azo Yeast and it’s done LOTS of good things for me.

Yes, it kills and also prevents yeast infections by producing hydrogen peroxide. It’s also good to take it every day to strengthen your immune system.

You mean the active cultures in yogurt? If so, then yes. The active cultures in yogurt eats yeast. I had to use it to cure chronic yeast infections I had. I soaked a tampon in it and put it in. Can’t leave it in all day but about 6 hours. The yogurt shouldn’t give you problems. It’s worked better then all the drugs I’ve ever been given for yeast. Make sure you have a yeast infection though. You don’t want to treat a bacterial infection like that. Also, eating yogurt helps too. Make sure the yogurt is plain yogurt with active cultures.
