Honestly, I have never been able to get rid of a yeast infection without over the counter medicine, and I had chronic yeast infections for a year and a half. However, I did have a program called Candigone recommended to me, which consisted of herbal pills and a tincture. Apparently it works wonders, although I haven’t tried it myself. It is supposed to flush all of the candida (yeast) out of your system.
While I dont know of a remedy to get rid of a yeast infection, I DO know that you should buy acidophilus, which is the same thing found in yogurt, except! that when you buy it in a health food store, it is more likely to contain more strains of acidophilus, which will protect your system more effectively. If you aren’t a chronic sufferer (like I was) then I recommend buying "acidophilus pearls." They are tiny little pearl like pills that have tons of acidophilus. Taking one every day will really help protect your system.
The cranberry juice is a bad idea. Thats for UTI’s, and most cranberry juices are actually cocktails which contain a lot of sugar, and sugar is exactly the thing that feeds yeast. So avoid things that are high in sugar, and avoid yeasty things like white breads and pastas. I switched from white bread and pasta to wheat and other grain alternatives. Not so bad once you get used to it.
Definitely get the acidophilus pearls though. They are great!

Natural yoghurt applied directly to the problem area. It can be messy but worth a try
Cranberry juice, and yogurt.
take a bath with some sea salt, I am not kidding it is wonderful
I think you should go for the medicine. Yeast infections suck and won’t go away without treatment.
If you insist on not taking medication, you should eat lots and lots and lots of yogurt.
A cup of yogurt every day, a cup of tea, a small piece of garlic, swallowed like a pill, not chewed. Puncture a vitamin E capsule, and apply the oil to the itchy areas. You can also use yogurt in the same way. (I had a book here that talked about this, but I gave it away.) You could also have a viral infection, which is similar to yeast infection, but the treatment still works.
lots of cranberry juice, yogurt and water, green tea can help also to flush you out. but you do pee a lot with all of it but it will help try it for about a week.
I had splendid results using a garlic douche. It got rid of the yeast infection with a couple applications, and instantly neutralized the itch (upon contact).
I peeled several cloves of garlic (6 or more), put them in the blender with warm water, then strained all that through cheesecloth. Put the liquid in your douche bottle and you’re good to go.
