Candida diet…..with alcohol?

i REALLY need to fully stick to my candida diet, but i go out about twice a week and drink alcohol and i know thats one of the worse things to have if your on this diet, but what am i suppost to do then? i dont want to just stop drinking, but im really serious about the diet, is there a way i could drink a little when i go out just once a week and if i did give it up, how long for????

Drinking alcohol is not good on any diet. It completely negates the reasoning for a diet.
If you are passionate about this diet then you need to commit to it fully. Give up everything you need to give up, including the alcohol.
I dont know what the Candida diet is. But do whatever you want, I guess, lol. If drinking ruins the diet, don’t drink. If you don’t want to give up drinking, then drink.
maybe drink something that isnt so high in calories for example, red wine? as opposed to beer or lolly drinks….other than that i cant help you
Don’t drink while on a diet it has more calories than soda.
