I’ve read that mold grows on leftover foods if refrigerated for more than one day, but that it is okay to eat them from the freezer. Just make sure that you freeze your leftovers rite away.
I would say no to the grilled chicken. Here is the ingredients of the grilled chicken at Wendy’s. It does not sound good at all for this diet.
