Any men out there with wart-less HPV how were you diagnosed?
Had sex one time with a sex worker 9 months ago and my life has never been the same.
I have been tested multiple times and spent thousands of dollars and no answers.
The last thing not tested for is male HPV, and unfortunately we dont have a way to diagnose with our current medical tools.
I was just wondering if any men have been diagnosed out there with wartless hpv.
Symptoms
Itching in the anus, tip of penis and testicles.
Slight darkening at the tip and on shaft.
Also considering a candida infection (been on lots of antibiotics)
I fear the only way i will ever find out would be after i give it to a future girlfriend or wife, which haunts me every day. I would never want to have anyone go through this.

I found out after a girl I was dating was diagnosed with it 4 months after I began dating her. It was never clear as to whether I was carrying it with no symptoms or she was exposed shortly before we met. Instead of dwelling on where it came from we just focused on how to deal with it.
She showed precancerous lesions on her cervix which she had removed, it came back about a year later, and she had it removed again. About a year after she was diagnosed I eventually developed a small bump which was small and wasn’t very sensitive. She scratched it and it came off once, grew back about 6 months later. I ignored it for a few months then said to hell with this and ripped it off again a bit more efficiently.
A year later it seemed as though there were some signs that it might be coming back. Decided it was time to try a different approach and tried the Apple Cider Vinegar thing. Soaked a cotton ball and attached it with a bandaid and went to sleep. The bump turned black as did a spot close to it that wasn’t previously visible. The second night tried to do it again but healthy tissues around the area were raw, applying ACV felt like death. Thought about forgoing the treatment but drank two beers and did it anyway. Next day the area was raw. Covered it in neosporin and it began scabbing up throughout the day. By evening it was good to go again but only used a much smaller cotton ball that just barely covered the area. After 3 nights I figured enough is enough, let it heal and check on progress. Was healed two days later, when the scab fell off it had taken more of the wart with it than simply ripping the thing off. Its been about a year since then but I feel it’s too soon to gauge long-term effectiveness.
As of right now I have no visible signs of HPV. Its been over 4 years since exposure. Recent partners have not been diagnosed with HPV. Given 90% of those exposed have it go into a very low activity state within 3 years of exposure I’m pretty comfortable that my immune system has the strain under control.
My advice would be that if you’re curious about whether it’s HPV try a very temporary Apple Cider Vinegar wrap for about an hour or two. If any not immediately apparent flat warts exist they should turn either white, and/or then black in a day or two. Things other than warts react with Apple Cider Vinegar as well so it’s not a 100% sure fire test, but it’s something that may point out areas you would miss otherwise. If nothing reacts, it’s highly likely you’re not exposed to HPV.. although it can take 6 months or more before ever showing symptoms. After about 3 years if no symptoms have shown you can be pretty sure that even if you were exposed your immune system likely has it under control and you’re at low-risk to transmit it.
Then there’s the whole thing that about 80% of the population is exposed to HPV at some point in their life. 60% of college students have it by the end of their fourth year. As far as STI’s go HPV is very common, and will eventually go into dormancy, it just has no man-made cure to quickly get rid of it. No one could have told me not to stress too hard about it, but try not to stress too much on it. There’s other people out there who have it, have the gardisil shot, or are willing to pursue the relationship anyway.
