6 weeks pregnant, took monistat 1 day treatment for yeast infection should i b worried?

my doctor told me to buy a monistat to treat my infection, but he didnt specify the amount. I bought the 1 day treatment. Sould i be worried. no bleeding, minor cramping, but i heard it could b dangerous what should i do. n e 1 with similar situation

My doctor recommended the 7 day treatment and I needed only 5 days worth and I was 9 weeks. Everything is fine. Don’t worry. If your doctor said to take Monistat you should be fine. If your worried call your doctor so they can answer your questions

That will not effect your baby. But for future reference don’t buy the 1-day treatment, my nurse said its a really strong dose and that the 3 or 7 day treatment is better. But as for effecting the baby, monistat is safe to use.
if your dr told you to get that then call and explain what you did and ask if there is any risks or anything behind it and go from there but he probably wouldn’t tell you to get one if it would harm your baby, go back in a week or so and see if the infection has cleared up and if not what else to try. if it has then you and your baby should be fine! good luck and congrats
Don’t worry my Dr. actually told me to go out and but Monistat 1 for a yeast infection. I told her that I didn’t like feeling icky so she suggested I buy that. I had no problems with its use. I have had several infections since I first conceived and every time I used that and felt so much better with no worries. Good luck to you!!!
