Mine seems to be chronic (over a year and half now of discharge). I went to my gyno and he said it was a yeast infection. He prescribed antibiotics and a cream. The cream helped with the skin irritation. The antibiotics didn’t do anything for the discharge. I went back. He gave me another antibiotic, which didn’t help. So I tried monostat. That didn’t work. He prescribed a higher dosage of monostat. Still didn’t work. So I looked up home remedies and tried the yogurt tampon thing. Did not work either! Nothing seems to be helping at all! Can this discharge just be a normal thing that I have or is he right that it’s a yeast infection. And if so, why won’t it go away and what should I do?
Oh, and I have tried douching a few times as well, before the monostat application and also on its own. Nope, no help either.
I am not itchy or smelly at all, the discharge is a pale yellow and not cottage-cheese like. I also was just diagnosed with hpv, could this be a symptom of hpv that comes with it?

Two weeks ago, a coworker of mine hit me in the face with a freezer door [I work in fast food, this happened at work] which left a hole in my lip that was clearly visible. I went to the hospital that night and had two stitches put in my lip. This left my lip swollen and the inside of my mouth cut up. The force from the door knocked one of my teeth out of place leaving it crooked. Now, after I got the stitches, my boss said they wouldn’t pay for it unless I took and passed a drug test.
